Random Fruits

Love, Joy, Self- Control... so we think we know the fruits of the spirit, but do we bear these fruits?
do we operate in love? are we kind and patient?  Knowing them is one thing, but I've found that LIVING them is another!

Even having said all of that, whats even harder that bearing the fruits of the spirit is truly knowing what these fruits actually are and what they actually mean. The other day I began studying Galatians 5:6-25 (because its good to retrace your steps in the bible, you may learn what you thought you knew!) and I realised that some of the fruits of the spirit are not as easy to understand as you'd imagine!

For example "Goodness" what on Earth is 'goodness'?  no seriously, think about it.... It's not self explanatory is it? that could mean anything really, being kind is "good" but kindness is a fruit in its own right so "goodness" cant mean being kind can it? "joy" "patience" "love" all these things are 'good' but they are all fruits in their own right so "Goodness", again cant mean being joyful, patient or loving?
The other three fruits that I decided were not exactly self explanatory are "Gentleness", "Kindness! and "Faithfulness"
